About Us
Rahman Gray Zone Services Limited is a waste management and recycling enterprise founded on 2nd February 2024 in Mukono District, Central Uganda. The company collects and recycles plastic, paper, and silk waste in Mukono, a fast-growing urban town facing rising volumes of unmanaged waste from markets, factories, and households. What sets it apart is its focus on silk waste recycling — an overlooked byproduct from local textile clusters — which it processes alongside plastic and paper into raw materials for resale to manufacturers. By leveraging a network of youth waste collectors, Rahman Gray Zone turns environmental pollution into income opportunities while supplying industry with recycled inputs.
